Processing is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national data protection law.

2. What data we process, for what purpose and on what legal basis

We process only the data necessary for a specific purpose:

  • Contact form — name, e-mail, company and message content; purpose: handling the enquiry; legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or (f) legitimate interest.
  • Conclusion and performance of a contract — identification and billing data; legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
  • Newsletter — e-mail address; legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
  • Website analytics — pseudonymised usage data (Google Analytics 4); legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via the cookie banner).

3. Cookies and analytics tools

Necessary cookies are required for the website to function and to store your consent choice.

Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only after your consent via the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2). You can change your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

4. Recipients and processors

Data may be made available to processors under an agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR — providers of hosting, e-mail and analytics services (e.g. Google Ireland Limited) and accounting services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Transfers to third countries

When using certain tools (e.g. Google), data may be transferred outside the EEA, secured by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (in particular Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Retention period

We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purpose or as required by law:

  • enquiry data — for the duration of handling and a reasonable period thereafter,
  • contract data — for the duration of the contract and limitation periods,
  • accounting documents — for the period required by special regulations (typically 10 years),
  • data processed on the basis of consent — until consent is withdrawn.

7. Rights of the data subject

As a data subject you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 15–22 GDPR).

8. Exercising rights and complaints

You can exercise your rights at info@mightcore.com; we will handle the request within one month at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority for data protection.
