We sit down with the people who actually do the work, not only with management. We walk through how the process runs today, where it stalls, and what gets handled by hand or in a spreadsheet outside the system. We look at the data you already hold and at the exceptions nobody wrote down but everyone knows about.

Time to first deployment

We do not measure time to a 'finished project' but to the first version you can genuinely use and comment on. It shortens because the routine code writing is done by AI and nobody waits for a team slot to open up.

A booking system for a service centre: the first working version was with the client for testing in nine days. The classic route would still have been in analysis at that point.

Most rework does not come from bugs in the code but from something being understood differently. Context signed off up front and tests written before the code move that moment to the start, where a fix costs an hour instead of weeks.

Signing off the context revealed that a 'cancelled order' meant one thing to the warehouse and another to accounting. Caught before development it was one sentence in a document; caught after handover it would have been a rebuild of stock movements.

By education I am a mathematician who enjoys solving diverse problems. I love finding analogies between things that seem unrelated at first glance, especially when it helps solve a problem elegantly. I am convinced that humanity currently uses only about 1% of its technological potential, and I am ready to change that.

We are not alone in this. Depending on the project, we bring in proven specialists from our network — from backend and frontend developers through DevOps and AI engineers to marketing experts and mentors. Always the right person for the right context.

Is the code just AI slop?

No. AI drafts routine parts against our SOLID/DRY/KISS templates and your context; every output passes through human review, tests and QA before it ships.

What if my context is messy or partial?

That's the norm. Step 1 is our specialist coming on site and structuring what exists. You don't need to prepare anything — that's our job.

Who owns the code?

You do — fully. No lock-in, no per-seat licences. To begin with your software runs on our infrastructure, whether that is a demo or live operation, so hosting is not something you have to arrange. If you decide to leave, you get every asset: the repository, deployment instructions and a README that lets a fresh engineer take it over in a day. From there you can run the software anywhere you like.

What are you actually paying for?

You pay only for the use of AI, human testing and quality assurance and advisory — not for needlessly inflated development hours.
