Case study: Cleago — a platform built on context

Cleago (www.cleago.sk) is a project that is a prime example of how the Context Driven Development approach changes the economics of building software. Instead of the classic "pricing by hours" we started with what always comes first for us — understanding the context.

Our specialist mapped the processes, data and real problems the project was meant to solve. From this information a structured context emerged, which we combined with our expertise from years of practice in e-commerce and web applications.

Based on this context we used AI to work out a solution built on the SOLID, DRY and KISS principles, with an architecture oriented around clearly defined steps within UseCases. Every output passed through human quality control and testing.

The result was a significantly shorter path from idea to a working product — without inflated hours and overpriced packages. The client paid only for what had real value: understanding the context, AI development and quality assurance.
